We want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
